Delivery
During high demand periods, such as the silly season, order processing times may take longer due to the higher number of orders. If your order is urgent, please consider local pick-up if you can, otherwise we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
Lekh & Co ships exclusively with Australia Post for all postal delivery orders.

Pick-Up orders
We will email you once the order is ready with the details of address in Mentone or Lynbrook as well as options for when you can collect your order.
Personal Delivery
To be eligible for Personal Delivery, orders must be for 5 or more items within Metropolitan Melbourne. We will contact you closer to completion of your order to confirm the address for delivery as well as options of delivery dates. Please note- this is available at an additional fee.
Returns
Once made, personalised items cannot be refunded.
If the requested engraving is incorrect due to our error, we are happy to replace the product for you at no additional cost.
