Once made, personalised items cannot be refunded.
If the requested engraving is incorrect due to our error, we are happy to replace the product for you at no additional cost.

We require orders to be placed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to when you would need them.
This allows for us to confirm your order, contact you to clarify any details if required and for our team to create your pieces.

Subject to availability and order backlog- we can complete last minute orders within a 2 week period.

For any changes required for your engraved pieces, contact us directly via email within 2 days of placing the order to notify the team.
After this time, we cannot accept any changes to personalised orders as the engraving will be completed.
